Meetings

The Nonprofit HR Collaborative meets virtually every other month. Each meeting is devoted to one or two pressing HR issues that our members are facing. We bring in outside experts, facilitate lively discussions and share best practices. All in a safe, confidential environment. Meetings are a great way to make connections, learn and explore what the Collaborative has to offer.

Training

The Nonprofit HR Collaborative conducts training on all aspects of HR - from recruiting and onboarding, to performance management, employee relations, organizational culture, and employment separations. We can design training to suit your particular needs and organization and can deliver it virtually and/or in-person.   • Greg is the Founder and CEO of Endunamo Consulting an HR consulting company that focuses on serving the HR needs of nonprofits in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada, Greg is a proven leader with experience in human resources, employment and labor law, employee relations and labor relations. He helps organizations succeed by assessing and minimizing employment-related risk, investigating and resolving employee complaints, increasing employee engagement, and promoting human resource best practices. He is effective in building strong relationships with business leaders and aligning human resource strategies with business objectives.

Maggie Harris

  • Maggie is the founder of Harris Coaching and Consulting and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Maggie has more than 15 years’ experience developing individuals and teams and is a strong believer that the most productive workplaces are those that are made up of people who are able to do what they do best every day in environments that embrace differences. Maggie works with clients from a variety of organizations to reveal their true talents and teaches them how to invest in those talents to become strengths. Maggie also works with organizations to teach leadership, management, and teams how to leverage strengths and use them to manage weaknesses.
